I keep dry and don't sweat, so no rashes or gunk or anything. I have a bidet, so my asshole is clean at all times. Mostly I just have intense armpit odor after a few days, which I then cover with deodorant and change my shirt. My hair was greasy for the first couple weeks, but now it's actually nicer than it's ever been. I comb it with a fine tooth comb every so often to get rid of the mountain of dead skin cells stuck on my scalp. been thinking of saving them because they smell kind of nice, but meh.

I do the cold water thing but that just started because I heard it closes your pores. i also do it in the summer because I find if it's really hot I'll start sweating before I dry the water off.

I shower about once every 2 weeks now that im NEET again. I do this on purpose because i want to build up a good immune system. I also havent used soap in years because of that reason. I do brush my teeth once a day with toothpaste but i think toothpaste isnt necessary either.
