Usually I get out of bed because I look forward to things such as

But the past two days I didn't get up. I woke up, I felt awake, but I just stayed in bed. Today I got up because I don't have any food left but I already feel like lying down again. Having a headache too. Can depressionbots chime in on this? Is this it?
Chime in on what? Yes this is normal for a maniclly depressed person.

I never considered myself "depressed" because I didn't experience any of this "activities bring no joy anymore" etc. I also never have trouble getting out of bed. This week it's different, I'm even losing appetite. So I wanted to hear some stories.
Apart from working in my wagie job I lie in bed and hate myself.
Last night I was meant to work but literally lay I'm bed contemplating killing myself all night.
Manager tried phoning me but phone was off.
So on top of being depressed. I'm probably fired too. Yay.
