Regardless, it's important to understand that as a participant in a democratic society, as long as you operate within the law even your failures helps create a better society by making your flaws noticeable.
If social expenses due to NEETs are high in general, then there's clearly something that needs to be fixed. If you just kill yourself or whatever then that'd have to be made law or be expected of every NEET.
