I'm in kind of the same predicament. I'm somewhat attractive at least in the sense that people seem to want to associate with me, but I can only maintain the facade of sociability for short periods of time.
My mother's friends all want me to date their daughters but all of them are in universal agreement that I'm too boring. It's a myth that losing it too fast causes loose skin. It depends on many things, but that's not one of them. How big you were, how long you've been overweight, how fast you gained it and genetics are what you need to look at. I've been obese since I was eight or nine years old, so I didn't have much of a chance.

Thanks, anon! I also count calories and I purchased an inexpensive digital kitchen scale to properly weigh foods. My diet mostly consists of vegetables like broccoli, green beans, kale and carrots as well as meats like chicken, fish and pork loin cutting out most sugar besides a bit of fruit.
I make sure to exercise a lot as well. Bodyweight exercises, walking and lifting weights is also great for your upper arms if you're worried about flabby skin there. And like the guy I'm talking to also said, you want to make sure you get a lot of water every day to help your skin be as hydrated and healthy as it can be.

686+ is great. I don't own one, but I've shot them a bunch of times. It was actually the handgun I learned to shoot with, started with .38 and then moved up to .357. I have this lingering fear that something bad will happen to my boyfriend, killing him or paralyzing him.
