If you really have to have something that is just like a cig, I'd smoke herbal cigarettes. You would be able to stop at any time. Under no circumstances should you smoke actual cigs, I can honestly say it was the worst decision of my life and all it did was limit the quality of my life.
It came to the point where I could barely achieve a boner and my lungs felt like they could barely expand. I'd be coughing all the time and have year chest infections. I just constantly felt ill, weak and sluggish. The only thing that broke that pattern for me was switching over to a vape which I now use at a very low nicotine level. For the first time in my life I saw what my adult boner should look like full mast, that was enough to solidify never going back to smokes.
