I wear a digital watch at work. It's a wet environment and a waterproof sports watch is the best bet for me. cheap, can get dirty/wet without an issue and if it breaks I spend $29 for another.

But... outside work I carry a pocket watch. My grandfather gave it to me, it's about 90 years old, scratched to hell but keeps decent time and always think of him when I look at it.
