have no motivation either, but I don't know whether it's because of the fatigue
I literally cannot sleep unless I take 2 advil and twice the regular dosage of a sleep aid. If I don't, I sleep for 3 hours and spend all work exhausted then come home and am wide awake.

I'm so tired all the time. Even sleeping seems to take a lot of energy.

Distractibility? Impulsivity? Grandiosity? Fatigue? Appetite small or huge? Sleeplessness?

>can sleep 8 hours but feel like i didnt sleep at all
i have this but not the way you do, i sleep and wake up fully rested however i never feel like i slept at all. Sleeping to me is like traveling to the future. Its a special kind of hell, i often wake up wishing i could go back to sleep but no, my body is screaming at me to get out of bed

Have you tried a polyphasic sleeping rythm?

No, No, ?, Yes, No (small if anything), Yes
I've tried turning everything off. I just sit there in the dark for hours thinking.

I don't do it every day. I mostly just accept the fatigue. I'd say an average of 1/week. Although I did about 2 hours ago and for some reason i'm not even tired yet. I hope it hits soon.
>wake up after sleeping for 12 hours
>already want to go back to sleep
