Are you me? I have looked into the article years ago (I'm 21 now) and I couldn't relate to most of the symtoms, now it's the opositte. I also read this shit manifests mostly after teenage.

I do sports (martial arts) and lift to help extinguish the anxiety, and it helps a lot, too bad I'm having some other health problems currently so I can't go. In fact I'm going to the doctor tomorrow for this but I hate going outside, it's all like a vicious circle, just fucking kill me f.a.m
