Do any of you make actual friends from /soc/ threads or threads on here that are obviously for attention or skype contacts?
I mean people you talk to a lot or play games with or whatever.

I did make some good friends on skype, and after a year of becoming emotionally attached to them, I have realized that everyone just lies to my face. They act degenerate while shamelessly spouting off garbage about "tfw no gf... etc" are actually getting off to each other in a massive circle jerk. Some that have shame don't attention whore themselves however, they will often just start posting shit as a means of getting attention. They claim to be robots while they have skype gfs and well paid jobs. All these fucking normies need to die.
But, yes you can make some really great friends, I did and still honestly believe that those people I am refering to are good people. Unfortunately most people lack basic respect and manners.

I've got two skype groups I'm admin of with a small handful of people in each. One group I talk to daily, play vidya with a couple of them occasionally, and am at least in my opinion good friends with. The other group I sporadically talk to and rarely play vidya with a couple. All 10 people in total are from /r9k/.
Also, the primary group of people online that I hang out with and play vidya with I met through /vg/ years ago.
