MOST trannies around today started a lot earlier, and so have a lot better of an outlook for the future. The rule of thumb is that if you start before 24 (that's roughly when your bones finalise their fusing and are set) you will have significant changes. A male child who starts puberty blockers to block testosterone, then starts oetrogen therapy when they reach 16 - will go through female puberty exactly as cis females would, and will thus have the same bone development etc etc etc etc.
Also spoiler. Being a tranny isn't about looking good for other people, or being hot and attractive. That's just some fun trannies have sometimes. The main point of being a tranny is because its who you are. You do it for your own personal comfort and happiness with yourself, the opinion of other people don't matter.
