Not really.
There is some debate about WHAT you fap to, but physically it's not bad. Some research suggests fapping might make you go bald faster, but that doesn't really matter on r9k anyway.

its ok anon, its better than being too depressed to even want to fap... feeling so detached that porn seems disgusting and fapping pointless because you know you are just doing it for a small sense of physical please to forget about the overwhelming emotional void in your life, and you know that as soon as you finish you will feel just a little bit worse than you did before
Nothing wrong with it physically, but mentally it could give you problems if that's all you're doing all day.
I've brought it down to once a day, sometimes I skip a day. The longest I've gone is 10 days because I was traveling with people. When I did it again it was so intense it was crazy, so I'm gonna try to abstain more.
