yeah most people at my uni AP'd out of single var calc, the only two math classes we had to take were multvariable calc and linear algebra+diffeq

do some sort of engineering, but with a medical focus. Shit's getting hot right now, with all these new 3d printed body parts, and new machines, medical engineering doesn't have too many people, so there's not a lot of competition and the pay is really good, almost as much as any other engineering job.
