Seinfeld is one of my favorite comfy shows. Good light-hearted, smart humor. Best writing in comedy, period. I'm also watching Lost right now, which is comfy in the sense that its easy to become engrossed in the environment, feels like you're really there interacting with the characters. Great show.

I would add Fraiser and Cheers up there. Basically any sitcome from the 70's-90's is comfy tier.
Northern Exposure looks pretty comfy. Haven't seen much myself though.
I'd say Twin Peaks can be comfy at times too, but it also gets pretty dark.

I like to watch MASH
Mystery Science Theater 3000
Lost. But prepare to be let down in the final two seasons.
Alsothe writers like pulling lots of shit out of there ass that they realized they needed to explain in the last season, so expect lots of half assed explanations to mysteries.

Fraiser. Cheers. Seinfeld. The Trifecta of Comfy Rerun Comedy.
Planet Earth BBC documentary on Netflix is maximum comfy for me, would highly recommend if you're into that kinda shit
Everybody Loves Raymond and The King of Queens are pretty comfy sitcoms that I grew up on.
Trailer Park Boys
it's shot with poor camera work on purpose and it makes it feel super comfy
Eureka is really nice.
Not really any feels, very great scifi show but not too sciency. The main character is basically dumb in a town where everyone is on the Einstein level of smart.

Watch supernatural. The music is fantastic, the women are babes, and the writing is fucking hysterical.
I know those tumblr chicks dig it but around season 4 and 5 they directly make fun of their fan base (representing them as obsessive, lonely girls with a weird thing for writing fan fiction)
There's always at least one character anyone can relate to, and if the action isn't doing it for you, like I said, it's fucking hilarious.
It also continually gets better, and even when they develope an overarching storyline, every other episode is still a monster hunt.
Highly recommend it, I'm halfway through the fifth season

Another show I Highly recommend, my all time favorite.
Fantastic sci fi, stunning visual effects, A-list actors, engaging story line that's not too hard to follow but also really in depth. It's by the guy who made the new starwars, and the good part of Lost.
Also when it's funny it's really funny, and when it's serious it's really serious.
10/10 all time favorite
Jeeves & Wooster
