I get the same thing as well, sorta like the feeling you get right before you're about to poop/get diarrhea.
Probably just the way the alcohol interacts with our bodies/digestive tract, ie nothing to be worried about. If it ever becomes painful, that's when you want to see a doctor about potential ulcers and other digestive complications.
