high reps @ low weight won't build you any significant muscle you're better off learning some leverage-based bodyweight routines

You're better off doing body weight stuff if that's all you have.
You can do curls, tri ext, and some delt work outs with a 15 lb dumb bell. Just do it extremely slow with good form with that babyweight
don't listen to these fags. all you need to do is do 5 reps of 5 sets while eating 3000 calories a day with minimal protein.
