What do you do when you're overcome by self hatred? How does one cope with this?

It's completely counter-intuitive to hate yourself.
You just need to realize that almost everyone else is vastly inferior to you. If you're doubting this, go and have a conversation with a few normies and discover it for yourself.

I experience things that annoy me other than me, like a shitty movie i hate or something. then i use humor to rip it apart. it's very cathartic for me.
