Ambient music is certainly the most robot music, because it can only amplify what you're currently feeling and thinking about since there's no shitty as fuck lyrics pushing you down a certain path.

I would say black metal solo projects as well as most black metal, are more robot. Many of these guys are true robots. They hate everything, including themselves, and live lives of seclusion only to record their music.
