Well, as I said, I gained more confidence. I could easily talk with anyone about anything (yes, even with girls). The brain fog that I had cleared up almost completely and I stopped being lazy so I started working out a bit. I also had a lot more energy to do stuff and not just sit around on computer for the whole day. But, I also noticed something odd: after a certain amount of time you stop noticing these benefits. If that happens, don't get discouraged, it's just that your brain got used to these so they're still there. And yeah: if you have the urge to fap, no matter how strong, DO NOT even peek at the porn or pictures. You'll end up jacking it for hours after that.
