The more I'm around people the more fake life seems. Especially things like, seeing how naturally other people socialize. How can that even be real? How can they smile and laugh in the way they do?

I went through derealization too.
It lasted maybe about 6-7 months.
It was pretty fucking bad in the beginning,
but I just kinda started to accept it and it slowly stopped after some time.

The best advice I can give you, is just accept it.

Trust me, it's fucking horrible.
You just feel completely empty inside.
And I mean COMPLETELY empty.
Like a grey shell with nothing in it just walking around.
No emotion
No joy
Nothing.

Also everything looks kinda 2D
