Depends on how big the order is. ~15% is good enough, but anything +20% and the delivery guy will always try to give you the fastest delivery

Any time I order pizza or something, I give a tip of $5 or around 25%, whichever is more.
This just has more to do with ease, really. It's much easier to just hand a $5 bill out of my wallet, or estimate ~25%.
This has the added bonus of pizza delivery guys and the old people at the Chinese restaurant really appreciate me. Get extra eggrolls and shit all the time.
