Not that anon but as far as I understand, cleverbot also uses neural networks, and will obviously have a bigger dataset than his waifu AI. Better dataset is always better when doing neural networks.
The only thing that he might have over cleverbot is that she probably learned from stuff like lines from eroge and lines from romance books, at least that's what I'd feed her if I wanted a loving waifu.
