How often do you think it is healthy to fap?
I personally have tried to limit myself recently, because I have found out that if I do it too much it stops being fun and just kills my desire for sex. I personally think 3 times a week is a maximum, but thats just my opinion. I once went 3 weeks without doing it, but then I fell back to fapping a lot. I also got a lot of boners randomly which was starting to get kind of annoying. I have now gone without for about 2 weeks, I kind of want to see how long I can go without this time.
