How do you deal with it? I sweat so much deoderants and anti-perspirants don't work.
>don't want to take beta blockers

Not op but I always have to wear loose fitting clothes and be moving around. I can't sit in one position for more than 20 min

>How do you deal with it?
I don't.
seriously considering suicide at this point, all I want is a normal brain and body..
neither my psychiatrist or doctor have mentioned beta blockers, why are you avoiding them?

my honest advice go for long walks to lose weight, eat less sugary\fatty foods and you'll sweat less. no lie it's going to be fairly hard to start but it gets much easier, and if you actually want to get rid of the sweating hard work is what it's going to take, good luck.

>my honest advice go for long walks to lose weight
I already walk at least one hour a day + I'm underweight (by choice), so there's not a lot of weight to lose
>eat less sugary/fatty foods and you'll sweat less
I neither drink or eat a lot of shitty stuff, last time I drank soda was like a month ago
I appreciate you trying (and possibly helping someone else who's reading this), but I've tried most stuff to make me sweat less.
Sweat drips down to my elbows in a stream when I'm just sitting in a chair, and I'm underweight as well. If you find a solution p l e a s e share

that sucks man, i am trying but i can really only recommend things i did myself that got me in better shape.
if you've cut out sugar and fats and do walks, the only other things i can possibly suggest are: drink less or no caffeine, drink no alcohol, gain muscle (you say you're underweight, if you had enough muscle you shouldn't be underweight even if your body fat percentage is very low), breathing\meditation exercises (sounds corny but works). an alternative could be to adjust your diet so that your sweat smells better (more fruits\vegetables, less spices\beans\etc), get in good shape and just allow yourself to sweat.
and ya a prescription could help but i'd try every other possible option first since they all have side effects.

Here here.
>tfw the sweat smells noticeably worse since the start of anxiety medication
To be honest it really doesn't help with my social anxiety that I sweat more and stink more.
>tfw the smell of sweat often triggers my migraine

>gain muscle
don't you dare
I might try meditation though, seems comfy

have you tried shaving your armpits? I've read that the hair somehow make it smellier
please post itt if you've tried beta blockers
>>27928177
It does anon. Makes you dick mustier too.
>>27928839
I'm assuming that this applies to butts too?
I've got a very swampy ass (and taint), so I might give this a try ...
anyone have any experience with getting rid of your butt hair? trim? shave? pluck?
>>27929377
Why would you want to make your ass swampier?

>gain muscle
i was born with mild autism/cerebral palsy so cannot really lift. i have ibs and live off of; potatos/cereal and fruit drinks.
i cannot walk very far or get really really tired and lose all energy. i get daily headaches and allergic to own hair.
now what?
