Throw everything I can find into a pan (frozen vegetables, eggs, salmon, etc). I think this is actually healthy and it fills me up.

I'm build pretty narrow but kinda skinnyfat because I don't do any sports. No one sees me undressed anyway so whatever. I just try to keep my weight so low that I look skinny with clothes on.

Breakfast: banana with peanut butter
Lunch: two slices of homemade bread and chicken meat, another banana
Dinner: either chicken breasts and rice, or sausage and potatoes.

I'm trying to cut a little weight for the summer. I'm a fairly athletic guy like, the only reason I weigh so much is that my legs are big. I'm talking huge. I wear size 30 waist jeans, but my thighs and ass can barely fit in without being strangled

Every day I wake up saying today is the day I'll lose weight so I can stop being a virgin loser and I continue to live my life the same NEET way every day.

well im a busy young guy with a job, who lives by himself, so naturally i do eat out a lot. i eat pretty unhealthily. i just dont have the knowledge or the patience to make stuff for myself at home, which may or may not turn out good.

I'm sure you can do twenty jumping jacks, maybe manage a handful of sit-ups, so do that while watching some show you enjoy.

Today's toll:

This is more than I eat usually, but this adds up to about 1900-2000 calories per day. I'm 182 cm tall, 79 kg, skinnyfat. I do some bodyweight exercises every day so I'm not all flab. I wish I was just regular skinny with tight belly and not this soft flab shit.
I used to be 30 kg heavier, but I started to eat less last year and I've been skinnyfat ever since. In some ways skinnyfat is even worse than just regular fat because I look like E.T. with my jiggly muffin top belly.
At least when you're legit fat you know what you're supposed to look like, but now I look like an alien.

What I eat varies everyday but I eat avocados quite often and I have fish and chips every Friday night. I'm also not a fat fuck because my diet is pretty damn healthy.

Licorice is a dangerous game because it's soooo good and very high on calories. It's easy to eat 4000 calories worth of it in one sitting.

Chipotle marinated chicken sandwich made with toasted bread, pepperjack cheese, avocado, lettuce and a little bit of mustard. Water or lemonade store bought juice on the side. When Im too lazy to cook I go to Chipotle and get a burrito bowl

Dinner
Alfredo chipotle chicken pasta and brocolli with water

Total calories: 2100-2500

Since Im a skinny fat fatty, it's good for me. Plus it's delicious so it's not like I starve.

If you're trying to lose weight like me you need to eat more grains and fiber. It's helped me a lot in cutting food

Breakfast:
1 apple
2 cups of fat free, lactose free milk
2/3 cup of quick steel cut oats
4 egg whites

lunch:
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
500 grams of turkey chili

snack:
250 grams of nonfat plain greek yogurt mixed with 4 tbs of peanut powder and 2 packets of splenda

For dinner I plan to eat 220 grams of steamed chicken breast with 1 tsp of olive oil and 2.5 oz (dry) of whole wheat linguine with 40 grams of basil pesto.

I started eating like this and lifting 4 to 5 days a week 3 months ago and recently started jogging 3 times a day as well. If I keep this up for a while I should graduate from my skinny-fat/fat-fat (6' 2'', 187 lbs) status and GET MAD VAGINAS.

My BMI is in the normal zone (around 22, I weight around 74,5kg and am around 6'1" tall), I still have some fat accumulated around my waist, but I've been noticing results since I started doing the Darebee programs and changing my nutrition (it's been more than a month since I've put anything sweet in my mouth, be it some bakery product or chocolate, plus no more chips and other junk food).

In the morning I eat a sandwich with either a rotisserie chicken breast or 6 eggs and 2 tbs of mayo. I'll melt a cup of parmesan cheese onto either. I wash it down with 2 cups of orange juice and coffee mixed with whey protein. Then my second meal for the day is usually some fruit and some greek yogurt.

Why am I fat?
Because I eat what I want and barely do shit, right now my weight goes from 240-245.I used to be around 280 but 2 years of being on welfare and not having enough money to eat for the last 2 weeks of the month shaved 40lbs off.

I'm doing a lot better in life now than I was then.
