First off the guys running it have never played a 4craft prior, all they've run were intcrafts. This means they are woefully lacking knowledge on PVP. For fucks sake the main guy running it didn't even get that water blocked TNT. He questioned the need for Factions to be able to destroy other Factions claims. He wanted to limit the amount of resources on the map to a fraction of normal, but I talked him down from that shitheap at least. Meanwhile they thought making a 20k x 20k map of copypasted features (look closely and you can see them), with Zero Nether access, and oceans as wide as the entire v6 map was (6k x 6k). Factions internally keeps a constant for the datasheet for the config. All I had to do was to generate two, and have a command to swap the constant from one sheet to another. It's all about who you play with, we're sort of in our own microcosm. We basically just build comfy bases, talk shit and raid a faction or two at a similar skill level to us. We havn't had any leadership drama since v1 beta, sure there are a few bad apples ever so often but you deal with that and move on. I know of one xrayer we've had with us in all 8 itterations, not even kidding.
