My school would have the entire senior class (~50 people) go to a well known local beach town and leave them to their own devices. This means kids mixing in large quantities of LSD with gallon jugs full of vodka mixed with koolaid powder.

I started dual enrollment at grade 9 (I skipped grade 8), did 5 college courses each year from 9th-11th grade, and 5 total over the 3 summers. I had 20 3 credit courses so I could get my Associates, got high SAT scores, went to a state college at 16 and did a special double major program where you can get your masters + your bachelors with only 150 credits. (5 years as opposed to 6 years which is 180 credits)I transferred 60 credits from my associates, so I only had to do 3 years of real college (5 courses per semester with 2 courses each summer) to get my masters and bachelors.
I've been out for a few months working on my first job with 100k/y (I had a bunch of internships + my double major was in two similar fields)
