It bites you in the ass a few months later, but reviewing the code with a little intuition allows you to grasp what's going on.
Let me tell you, I don't mean to belittle them all (some are cool) but most get lost in code unless it's well documented and are blatantly told what methods do what. The guys are on hand to crowd around their workstation to explain what does what.
