But I think there would be enough weird shit and depressive self hating and unhealthy posts to warrant worry.

And it's not awful. Nothing I have to say or post is ever that embarrassing to begin with. Obviously there are some times here and there where I just don't care. But that line of thinking -imagining my family could/will see it- is my prevention method for when I'm feeling really...stupid.
If it brings you comfort, do whatever you want. This is just what helps me not wake up feeling regret as often.
