Who here /obese/? Is there any way I could ever lose all of this and be normal?

Pic related is me on the toilet this morning
>>
Wow how much do you eat per day to maintain that bulk? :^)

Not gonna lie, it's a lot of hard work to get to a normal weight for you... on the other hand you could probably half your weight by just a few dietary changes...
>>
>>27842494
>Wow how much do you eat per day to maintain that bulk? :^)

He probably barely eats anything. It's all genetic, you know?
>>
What does it feel like to be obese?

Seriously i'm so curious, i've always been undeweight.

Yeah I'm a fat fuck, but I've been running 8km 4-5 times a week hoping to change it. Still eating like a pig though..
>>
>how much do you eat per day to maintain that bulk

we need an answer now... c'mon

I cant even eat a whole pizza and it will last me almost all day until I'm hungry again
>>
stop eating carbs, fatty
>>
My girlfriend is pretty fat. She was a virgin and only had sex with me because I told her that it would be a good workout. I wonder how many months I can get away with this.
>>
You don't look bad-fat. Your weight makes you look strong weirdly
>>
Yeah you dont even have to lose any weight, just wear a back brace anywhere and everyone will think you're a power lifter. You could get insane pussy

You realise a bad diet completely negates any progress you make with running, right?

If you have the discipline to run 4-5 times a week, especially as a fatty, you should have no problem eating properly.

Yeah but the running will end making me fit regardless of my diet even though I won't lose weight. I'm running because I am planning to participate in a 15km run and it's something I look forward to because I'll run it with a MAGA hat.

Log your food, stop eating complete crap all the time. Eat at least a 600 cal deficit. Do not eat back exercise calories.

How 'fat' are you that you're running 8km? I fucking seriously doubt you can run 8km at a time - 8km over the course of 4-5 sessions, maybe.
I fucking ran 4km at my max when I started working out and it winded me at 215 (172 now) wtf

Should clarify I meant pounds (Amerikek) instead of kg.

I am extremely desperate, but at the same time I would never settle for obese landwhale. If I was very very horny, suddenly encountering that body type would instantly put me off, especially when I myself is very close to otter mode body (male).

>summer and spring are hell on earth it's so fucking hot

It's terrible. It's why that as soon as I went to Uni I developed an eating disorder and became a skelly for a while.

Feels bad, anons. I've changed my diet but the results are too fucking slow, I'm stuck in a shitty position here:
>eat less but still enough
>results take too long, motivation goes out the window, get fat
>start eating at a massive deficit
>just yo-yo the fat back on when I go back to maintenance

The shame comes before the fat. Most people that are that fat are just committing suicide the enjoyable way. So there aren't really any wake-up calls because our base reasoning is fucked up and self-hating anyways.

>>27843653
530? You trying to get on reality TV or something?
>>
>>27843668
There isn't. If you're not thin by adulthood you're fucked when it comes to weight loss. It becomes a damned-if-you-do, more-damned-if-you-don't scenario. >>27843640 here and whilst I always felt ashamed of myself (and still do) having parents who ignore/encourage it makes things difficult.
>>
Dear, Op.

I was like you once. I weighed 450 pounds, stood 5'09" hunched over, I had no muscles, and fucking hated myself. I ate at least 2500-3000 calories per day when I weighed that much.

Then I started working out with a qt3.14 cougar coworker every night after work for at least an hour. I'm talking about doing 10-20 minutes of cardio, your weight training exercises, then another 10-20 minutes of cardio at the end. And not taking selfies or playing on my phone or sitting down resting. I'd rest 90 seconds or so between activities then push myself to the next task.

I did that for months, and continued to eat like shit. The weigh slowly dropped off and my muscles got bigger. Soon I could run/jog a full mile on the elliptical in under 5:50.

I lost a total of 80 pounds in 7 months. Then when I began eating better I lost more weigh without doing much.

It's possible, OP. Just don't burn yourself out and find a partner to keep you motivated.

I burned myself out and I'm hovering back at 360 at the moment. But my vital signs are good and I've not had any chest pains in 2 years. I'm 29 btw.

Do it, op. Eat better, workout 3-5 nights per week, and don't give up. You'll see and feel your clothes hanging off you differently and it should make you want those losses even more.

No but they were old; raised by grandparents. I was spoiled and it was great at the time but my body has been ruined through it and now I'm bitter. Wish they didn't let it happen and maybe even tried to get me more to sport. They just let me eat and drink whatever and veg out as long as I wanted. Oh well.

I don't buy that entirely. Adults can an do loose weight long term. It's not easy, but certainly possible.

I can kind of get the dudes who are like 225 or whatever that level of fat is. Poor habits etc. 530 is on some mental illness shit.

i-it's not my fault. It's all from the burritos and rice I ate most of my life
>>
>>27843809
The thing is by that time becoming thin from being fat brings on loose skin, stretch marks, etc. It's just another thing to worry about, and people would probably find a big bear of a man more attractive than a skelly with skin flaps everywhere.

It's also hard to get motivated due to the reasons I said in my post. Years of "don't do it too fast anon you'll just put it back on" will either make me scared to lose weight, or make me scared to not lose weight.
>>
>>27843809
>I can kind of get the dudes who are like 225 or whatever that level of fat is. Poor habits etc. 530 is on some mental illness shit.
Thank you, I don't know why the rest of society doesn't get it. With modern diets the 200-250 range is super easy to maintain. all you have to do is eat a takeaway between meals or pack of cookies. Just one and that's the extra 500 calories to push you to 2500 enabling maintenance of this weight. 530 tier is pure mental illness.

>>27843810

i used to obese
do cardio for 4 hours on a day, avoid anything fatty, try to eat only chicken and rice, measure your weight everyday.Always count calories of how much you burn and how much you get/Remember 1 pound equals to 3500 calorie.
>>
>>27843873
>530 tier is pure mental illness.

I blame myself and family. I've never accepted my gluttony as normal, but when the world hates you and you've grown up secluded you start not to care.
>>
>>27842464
I'm not obese.

You could loose a lot of weight but only 1% of people keep it off so it's unlikely anon. You've eaten too much food! Treat it like you would any other addiction and focus on health.

>>
>>27844034
I didn't need to hear that. I gained the weight back waiting on neetbux and drinking everyday. Now I'm so isolated that I feel like it wouldn't matter because no one sees me except for my shrink, and I know no one cares about me, and I'm excess to society's requirements.
>>
>>27843965
>measure your weight everyday
This is what is keeping me honest and on track.

Weightloss isnt a straight line down. I do fluctuate and fuck up. But i've been sticking with it because I weight myself multiple times a day and see how different things react to my body.
