i think most robots who are would recommend it highly. starts off first season as a kind of self-deprecating comedy about a high school loner, but quickly evolves second season into so much more. even the chad and stacy characters have tons of depth (even if they are still shit people).

Oof. The dude in that image reminds me of me in high school. I lost like 40 pounds in the summer etween 9th and 10th grade. Things actually did improve for me, but I've basically gone back to being pre-9th grade in terms of weight and socialability since college.
