If they're slightly interested in you, you end up private chatting a lot together (so that would be the real making conversation part I guess). Then she ends up adding your steam, which makes sense since you're playing the mmo off steam. But then she adds you on skype without you telling her your skype handle. It helps to have part of your name if not your whole name on your steam profile. And years later after visiting her at college and watching shitty anime while cuddled up together, you end up moving in with her and being hyped for Dark Souls 3 together.

I'm not going to say all Schizophrenic people are the same but from my experiences I would not say they're happy people and they wished to be normal.
