idk why my deadlift is lagging behind so hard desu. I recently changed to another lifting program that I've been pretty happy with so far so hopefully I can gain some ground.

You're not. When you deadlift heavy it's exhausting as shit and very difficult to recover from. Few beginner strength training programs recommend more than one set of heavy deadlifts.

I say go for it, but be careful, watch your form, and see if you are able to handle the weight. When it starts getting quite heavy only go up in very small increments each week (1-2kg).

the only equipment i have is weights and a bar. i've never seen a gym from the inside and the only training lessons i had were from ripp. i'm still checking my form on webcam every now and then.

i've been doing this for about a year and a half and my weight went up from 60kg to 85kg. my stats arent that impressive, but i don't get sick anymore, look better and my depression is gone.

Because dumbbell basically turns it more into a squat, you also have weight to worry about as well and cant lift as heavy as you would with the actual bar or go as high.

I'll assume you're running this program thrice weekly.
5x5 deadlift is too difficult to recover from 1.5 times a week, even once a week is pushing it. I would suggest warming up to 1x5.

Don't be afraid to add some accessory work, particularly some tricep work (close grip bench/ tricep dips) when your push exercises start to stall.

Also consider reducing volume on powercleans if you find it to difficult to recover from.

Other than that you've got a pretty well rounded and thought-out routine anon

I have a pretty shitty body. Small pecs, no abs but v line, big shoulders. Like I have a good base from bjj but I look kinda scrawny. I mean I guess I am kinda scrawny.

Something about gyms and their contracts put me off from there. I hate the idea of being locked in for a year. Any normal person not on fit would think I look fine. They would think aushwitz mode tho.
