When you take showers don't let the hot water focus solely on your back for extended periods of time. It'll dry out the pours and make it worse! It could even make that portion on your back sensitive to water, like mine.

6 months ago I couldn't fucking look at the ground my acne was so painful, every day I woke up my pillowcase soaked in blood or puss. I'd just be sitting around eating, on the computer, taking a shit, and I'd just be bleeding nonstop from my fucking face, without ever scratching or anything.
I went to my doctor, I couldn't get on Accutane but I got put on some other shit, and then after that something called "Amnesteem"
This is my last month on it, and everything has cleared up, no more excruciatingly painful acne on my back, chest, of face. It's all gone

You tell your doctor that it is painful for you, and they pretty much have to prescribe some shit for you.
Trust me, it takes a fucking while for it to work but it fucking did work.
Maybe your doctor will put you on accutane, just get them to put you on anything I heard "isotretinoin" a lot with these different medications, I assure you if "just wash your face" doesn't work, nothing will fucking work that is not some expensive shit you get from a prescription.
