I always wondered why so many of the postmodernists were Marxists, however unorthodox their version of it was. I think the rise of the welfare states in Europe; the Soviet Union, which succeeded despite going against almost all of Marx's predictions; as well as the rise of fascism in the '20s-'40s all kinda proved that historical materialism was very flawed. It seems very questionable whether capitalism will truly develop into communism through a logical and progressive manner, as Marx predicted.

The official diagnostic criteria for every mental illness always includes the caveat that the condition must be "severe" enough to interfere with a person's ability to work or go to school. The rest of the criteria are so vague that pretty much everybody falls into one of them. There's even a special category "Not Otherwise Specified" for each illness, which can basically mean whatever the doctor wants. So basically anyone who doesn't fit into this ridiculous mold that capitalism has built for us (go to school, then get a job, then work for a few decades and retire) is defined as mentally ill.
I spent the past year thinking I was crazy, being given all these scary labels like "psychotic depressive" or "manic bipolar" or "disorganized schizophrenic". My doc had me dragged in a cop car straight to the looney bin many times, because she said I was dangerous.
I'll admit that I was acting pretty strangely, but the worst thing I did was run around in the rain at 5 a.m., playing with some stray dogs. That's hardly dangerous behavior. My first manic episode, I had no idea she even could forcibly hospitalize me so I didn't hold back from excitedly telling her all these amazing ideas I had about God, consciousness, and the future of humanity. She didn't take me seriously though; she immediately decided I was a dangerous individual and I had be under round-the-clock surveillance.
My manic episodes reignited this deep sense of hope inside me, after I'd come close to giving up. I don't think I was ever a danger to myself or anybody else. I was just acting different from how everyone else acted.

I think im the one exception to this rule. Im dominant myself, but i have been bullied at school and group activities for most of my life, and have been alone for my entire life, i have never had friends. My hypothesis for this is that i used to be almost completely socially inept. Being naturally assertive, i had a lot of trouble balancing my behaviour. I either was too kind and submissive, or i was too assertive and lashed out against everyone who dared to show aggression. The vast majority of the time the kind display i put on lasted for less than a couple minutes, and was very easily broken by the smallest bit of aggression towards me.
This resulted in me being isolated and bullied for most of my life. Luckily i am a big and strong guy so physical bullying didnt happen, but i was isolated and verbally bullied. My natural aggressive nature also got reduced by school rules, so i lost that as well and mostly just lashed back at people verbally, which as you know doesnt achieve anything.
Growing up i was clueless as to why people disliked me. I couldnt figure out why. I used to be fat as well so i always just blamed it on that. Now i know that even though it did play a role, it was only another piece on the already huge pile of reasons.
I know some things here sound contradictory but this the best way i can explain it.
Oh and i got tested for autism and i came out "clean", so there is that.

Possibly; my brother and I were best friends growing up and I have a very interesting relationship with him. He is much more driven and disciplined than I am, even though may have more raw intelligence than him (that was certainly what people thought when we were younger). I have many interests including maths and philosophy, but I always end up laying around fapping to my own hand-drawn hentai.
I probably had more friends than him, but he was probably a nicer person to be around, since he didn't mind putting up a facade and I was outspoken and brutally honest.
It makes sense that ENTP is a less-extraverted type; I had never heard of that. Robots can be E-Types too, you know, even if it's a bit rare. In fact, I think it's often even worse for us, since there's usually a 'wasted potential' that disappoints the parents.

This applies to everything and not just Communism, but any idea, whether political or even scientific.
