There have been thousands of Supermen versions over 70 years, so you can't just chose a single one for it nor taking every Supermen's feats into account
And DBZ has some of the most inconsistent and ambiguous feats and stats in fictional history that you can't claim anything about it is true without relying on assumptions and fan theories

Both over-powered death-defying, constantly given new powers undefeatable assholes.

Shit, think about it, both aliens... but each get an explanation for their powers based on their culture;
For superman, it's kryptonian skin absorbing energy and doing cool sciencey shit because yellow sun (pseudo-science).
For Goku, he get's the asian version of psuedo-science - crazy asian hokus pocus about energy, ki/chi.

They are the same person, give or take some nerdy glasses.

They are both fictional characters in two separate universes so it is kinda pointless to discuss who would win in a fight. It is ultimately up to the writer to decide that because they can always come up with something that makes either win even if the opposite is infinitely stronger and immortal.
