Now, I will tell you about how we Norwegians "punish" people like Breivik.

First off...
Usually a prisoner gets one cell and shares the rest with the other prisoners on the facility. But because Anders Behring Breivik is so dangerous, all the other prisoners have to leave the room.
For instance, when using the kitchen to have fun with making food, all the prisoners leave the kitchen and Breivik is in the kitchen with himself, but he may have a guest, if there is a prisoner he likes and goes gets along with well.
Usually the prisoners gets prison food, but Breivik usually makes his own food. He can put as much spice as he wants into it. For instance, if they serve beef stroganoff, Breivik can fish out all the good pieces of beef, instead of the prisoners who just gets a spoon of beef stroganoff slapped on their plate, consisting much more of sauce, with a few pieces of meet if they're lucky.
I've heard he prefers meat, rice but doesn't like potatoes unless it's baked potatoes, or oven coocked potato boats, or french fries.
And it was actually in kitchen Breivik talked to his fellow prisoner, who after getting out of jail tried to burn down the house of the Judge in Anders court case. When the police interviewed him they said "He is passionate about 22.july".

Here we have the recreational room.
Anders have learned to play the guitar well with chords and wants to learn fingerstyle guitarplaying. He also enjoys painting and drawing.
He also does quite a bit of reading. He has his designated time for this room, because the other prisoners also use it, but never at the same time as Breivik, Breivik has his own time in this room alone, the officers who are with Breivik teaches him to play the guitar. They are activity leaders, but Breivik is very much in charge of how he wants to spend his time.
And as you can see, the furniture is comfy and soft, the room is cleaned daily, so you can sit for prolonged periods of time, reading, playing guitar or drawing if you like.

Here we have one of the three personal cells that is only used by Breivik. This is his work out room, he enjoys working out. Keeping in shape. He also gets a good work out routine provided by the staff at the prison.
He eats a lot of meat, so he can work out and build muscle. He spends approximately 3 hours in this room every day. He has very high testosterone, resulting in baldness, but also a lot of muscle growth.

Here you see the work out routine, he doesn't always do this. He does a lot of different types of push ups, to build a bulky upperbody. He mostly does the leg and core work to produce growth hormones.
After he works out he showers in the private bothroom of his cell. He doesn't shower with the other prisoners in the gym hall, wich the other prisoners currently can't even use because of the ongoing suit, Breivik has sued the state for inhumane incarceration conditions, his demands is to have more guests, to send more letters, and to get a better playstation with cooler games in his room. So the prisoners can't play together in the gym, because it is currently repurposed to a court hall. However, this doesn't affect Breivik, because he has a private bathroom, with a very nice toilet. Mirror and everything.

Here is his room, this was from before he moved in, so it doens't have the playstation. It looks more lively now as he has made it his home. It is very clean, the bed is softer than it looks. He also has a nice view. Oh! btw, he has his own part of the prison yard where he can walk and take a breather when he feels like looking at grass and trees.
This is Anders work room, this is where he reads his fan-mails. He is also allowed to write back, as long as he doens't urge legal activity. Wich is a problem with Breivik because he is very manipulative, the letters are analyzed to ensure that it doesn't have codes or subliminal suggestion techniques.
He also has some shelves moved next to the empty space of his desk. He reads and writes a lot, so he needs it for his documents.
Breivik also now has a girlfriend, she is blond and sweedish, she is known through the media as "Victoria". She gave him a tie as a gift, wich he is currently wearing proudly in court.
If they find out they want to, the prison will arrange for a room, where they can sleep together. This normal proceedure.
