chi ese guy, japanese guy and frank wouldnt fight, the others would kill each other. the women would survive but they would all leech off one or two women doing all the work, the men would have everything sorted out with no troubles

Interesting thought experiment OP
The implication is that the diverse men would be handicapped, but maybe they would get along much better because they have no one to split off from the whole group with.
Race wars can only happen with large, contiguous groups in 2 or 3 groups. If everyone is unique then no one is, and cooperation becomes everyone's objective
Maybe reverse the genders?

That's crazy talk, this would only happen in a cartoon.
In real life, people don't just automatically murder ideological opponents, especially in a group of all-strangers who are fighting for survival together. They will certainly be cold towards one another in specific ways (David & Ahmed), and they may even split up into two or more groups over disagreements and fuck off to different parts of the island, but by and large, the human social structure is self-moderating. People would break up a fight like that. The cool thing about this scenario is that there are 6 neutrals to every 1-on-1 rivalry, and there's no tribal support for conflicts like that, just a ton of people breaking up everyone else's fights, no chance for gang-ups. No one in their right mind would take action
I assume these guys aren't totally brainwashed 1984-types. They would learn to cooperate in their own self interests.
