There used to be this kid who was bigger than me that bullied me a little (sorta; we were sorta friends but he was a dick) but when he tried to do stuff to me I'd stab him really hard with a pen or pencil until he left me alone. There were times I wish I'd stood up for myself more, but given I was scrawny and weak, I'm surprised I wasn't picked on more.
You should've stabbed back. If the kid had just slapped you around or bullied you a little that'd be no big deal, humiliating but not heartbreaking, but this bitch stabbed you and hurt your nuts.
Shank the kid that did it to you when you get a chance and then break the pencil up and flush it and claim they're making shit up if they say anything. Prepare several pencils in case one breaks, or if you think he won't say shit, use a sturdy plastic pen with a metal tip (those gray one-piece bics are good). Wait until the kid is alone (bathroom for example). Make sure you don't hurt him too badly; stab the arms and legs to avoid organ damage. If shit gets feisty, hit him in the chin/jaw as hard as you can in an attempt to jilt the brain and make him dizzy. Again, don't hurt him too bad.
If you can't do that, call him out for being a cunt in class and then punch him as hard as you can in the face. Shit will escalate and you will be separated by white-knight jocks before he can hurt you too badly. You'll get suspended for about a week.
I promise you'll feel better. I believe in you, OP. I know it sounds scary, but if you don't do something in retaliation, the pain will haunt you for the rest of your life.

The worst part about the situation however is I feel like a deserved it. You see the reason he stabbed me was because I thought he took my paper (which he has done to several other students before) so I thought I would stand up to him and get it back. I started looking through his folder to see if it was there and that's when he stabbed me. Apparently he did not have it, though I didn't realize it until it was too late.
He did mess with me previously however, such as throwing my markers and kicking me in the shins so i assumed that he was messing with me again.
I still feel i should have hit him though.
