It's about 25% because of loneliness. Part of it was cause I'm in pain from running, like I been going every other day but I got a thing coming up where I have to run so I said fuck it I'm gonna go the next day too only made it about half the distance I normally do running before I had to start walking just felt wrong kinda hurt. Hurt a bit more yesterday so I figured fuck it drinking will make it feel a bit better.

also if your muscles are tired, may I recommend Creatine? it helps the muscles absorb water and function better. Might not wanna take it if your only running though, because it will make you gain water weight.
