You honestly have to train yourself one day at a time. That's what I've been doing for the past few months and I'm finally starting to step out of my bubble a little bit. You can fix your mind any way you want, but the most important thing is just subjecting yourself to lots of social interaction and putting in that little bit of extra effort towards engaging with people.
Just put yourself out there more, be a little more assertive, make eye contact with people, joke around, make smalltalk, just take baby steps towards getting better at all that shit and you WILL get better at it.
