>start new job
>there's another new guy
>he's funny and charming (I think that's what people think of him), he's smart, interesting, has 2 GFs, crazy life and anecdotes, performs well at job, seems to breeze through it, plays an instrument, joking around with everyone, really extroverted
>realize how worthless i am compared to him and other people
Who else /aware of their inferiority/ here?
You see the shiny end results but not the years of pain and turmoil it took to develop them.

He's all those things but still works the same job you do.
Isn't that all you need to know?

Very, very few people 'blossom' into an extroverted showstopper. For some people it takes massive energy expenditure to be like the dude OP described. For others it's literally costs them energy if they're not constantly moving and performing. I know both kinds of people and being one way or the other does not guarantee happiness. The important thing is to accept yourself and to accept human beings are meant to compliment one another not copy one another.
