I don't know shit about non-max staking but you never want to session with x-ers. They win in the long run because the small stat difference means shit compared to the .2x you are paying extra

Best way to stake imo is getting a certain amount, say 30m then doing nothing but a set amount, like 5m stakes
Winning 4 4m stakes in a row then yoloing and losing 20m is fucking shitunless you win of course :^)
