So I may have fucked up guys. I've been taking a shitload of these and out of laziness I've been eating the shit out of the cottons. I heard that if you eat enough it could kill you.

It expands in your digestive tract so it's actually more likely to cause a blockage than you would think

Good thing I haven't eaten anything in a couple days. I just find that if you don't use lemon juice you don't get the full effect. I let mine sit in coke for a couple hours wringing it out periodically a few times with minimal effects.
