Other than normie guitarist it seems a lot of musicians are introverts since they spend a lot of time inside practicing guitar.
They're good with their hands.

Hasn't helped me much. Never got me laid, but it did spark some initial interest with a few girls in high school. Of course, I'm complete shit at talking to girls, so any initial interest was killed quickly.

Because music, in its totality, is about human emotion.
Women are extremely in-tune with emotions, and men are usually not, so it is attractive to see a man who is in-tune (get it...in tune) with his own AND can evoke those feelings in others.
