If I had to choose I'd pick jumping from a really high place or a gun. A gun seems the most clean and reliable way to make sure you die. Jumping scares me because apparently most people instantly regret it the moment you jump, then they get scared and harden their muscles and try to land on their feet, which gives a good chance to survive as a cripple. If you do it right, your death is basically contained to the little 5x5ft area you hang yourself in aside from the poopoo/peepee leakage after you die and whatever you knocked around flailing as you suffocated. You have two options, but essentially you sit, lean forward with a belt around your neck, and you let it slowly cut off circulation until you pass out, convulse, and die. Have to make sure it's solidly hung wherever it is or you won't get it right and it'll come loose.
