I did breddy fukn good, instead of two triple cheeseburgers and two large fries, I got one triple and a double and a large and medium fries. This diet shit, it just works.
Just cut out soda and you'd be surprised. I started buying bottled water like a cuck because city water is gross placebo, and got those calorie free kool aid/gatorade packets. I still eat mostly shit food but occasionally buy lean meats and veggies to cook. Have lost 18lb in a year. It's not what you'd lose with a real diet, but at least it's better than gaining.
