yes, without any testosterone you're not going to go bald, but that doesn't mean high testosterone automatically means balding
your body will metabolize testosterone into dihydrotestosterone which is different and that's what causes male balding, hair follicles are varyingly sensitive to that shit
you don't need to have high testosterone levels to be balding, and you can have massive as fuck testosterone levels and a full head of hair
