I have a phone interview for a job in 20 minutes. I haven't slept, I can barely even remember what the job is about, I have no real skills, and I suck at interviews.
What do I to avoid a total trainwreck? I figure excessively positive attitude is one part of it. Already got the highly-motivated dynamic people person and eager self-starter buzzwords ready.
Oh, I'm also afraid of interviews AND of talking on the phone.

Just finished up my interview. Was completely frank and honest. They asked me questions that weren't the usual HR bullshit though, which was kind of nice. I made them laugh a few times, hopefully with my wit.
