Pretty much. I only wore the same 2 or 3 shirts in the past decade.
My mom usually bought me a pair of socks / underwear for birthday, sometimes my grandma would give me a shirt too.
I'm a shut-in so wearing the same shit doesn't really matter though.
what do you mean? like 2 years of not washing them? I own a target black long johns set long sleeved shirt+pants. I got it either junior or senior year of high school. Since i graduated highschool i went straight to NEET and all I've worn is a pair of black socks, a pair of black boxers, and my longjohns long sleeve shirt. I take a shower probably every 1-2 weeks, though I am starting to shower more regularly because I miss my hygiene i used to have when i was on a school regimen, I was actually very hygienic because i have OCD and one OCD was if I went anywhere besides home = i must shower before I could sit at home comfortably. So going to school meant a shower at night and a shower every day after school because I can't sit in my computer if I've been outside (like going to a store or restaurant or school) and then back inside.
the shirt has a rip in the front and of course the elbows where i rest my elbows on my office chair, 4+ years of elbow rubbing will create a hole there.
I soon plan to upgrade to an organic wool or something long sleeve shirt and boxer + socks set.

I didn't bought new cloths for like 6 years. Cloths in my country are low quality that look nice for 2 years at best, then it look so old after that.
It didn't matter for me much since I'm seeking a goal, so hope me luck guys.
