Maybe they're quoting your post to reply to it.

Quoting is not what I mean.
I mean a particular phenomenon where there will be a discussion about a topic, and you make a point, and then someone else immediately makes the same point, but they make it in such a way that it's obvious that they read your post and are just repeating you.

OP doesn't mean when you quote something and change the words a bit, he means when you rephrase and repeat what he said.

(Yoooooouuu)s
crank fahkeet
>>27693725
I don't really mean quoting.
Sometimes when you reply to a discussion about a topic with a novel point, this peculiar phenomenon occurs where another poster responds in a manner that indicates that they have more or less plagiarised your post.
----
Shit man, I dunno. That's weird. Do you get the feeling that they're trying to emphasise your point, or to steal it?
Maybe it's another version of you posting from a slightly-delayed parallel universe.
>>27693725
That's weird, are they trying to steal the attention you would've gotten?
It could be a you from a parallel Earth somewhere in space.
Dude this thread has me tripping balls.
>don't read thread only OP

This thread took so much fucking acid
(you=you(=you)=you)
